How it works
1) Chat to our service agent on Whatsapp
2) Make a booking when & where to collect your laundry
3) Meet the driver for collection
4) Wait for invoice to be sent back on Whatsapp
5) Pay via EFT or SnapScan. Alternatively pay with cash or card on delivery
6) Wait for service agent to let you know when everything is ready for delivery
7) Arrange delivery location & time
8) Meet the driver to collect

Rodney was super friendly and took our laundry on Freedom Day when he was to close at 1. When we returned to pick it up, he was on his own and working quickly and efficiently to complete the jobs. A GREAT job! Thank you Rodney!

I have used many, many laundry services in Cape Town. I live in Gardens and just cannot keep up with my family's washing needs, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs and working full time in the office.I Love my Laundry is by far the best service I have ever received and their prices are unbeatable.On a Friday afternoon, I was stressed and desperate for same day Saturday laundry service, (18kg of washing, to be precise) and via whatsapp, was messaged within minutes, with a friendly, can do attitude. Not to mention the timing communication, of pick up and drop off, being on spot.Big thanks to Blessed and Chris for their amazing service, you guys are gems. Now, I have finally found a reliable, cost-effective laundry service and don't have to worry about always trying to look for a better service somewhere else.Very impressed!
These guys are awesome. R140 for a small bag of laundry, another R40 to have it delivered same day to my hotel where it would’ve cost 5-10x as much to have it done. Thanks for making it easy and affordable. I ???? you too

Great experience and so easy to use. Needed some sheets washed, dried and ironed for my in-laws rental and it was so simple and pleasant dealing with them. Pickup and delivery was easy to arrange and all done within about 24 hours. Highly recommend!
I’ve been using their services for quite some time now and everyone is always friendly.. recently the service that I’ve received from these new ladies (never seen them before) has been very disappointing!! Doesn’t work on a first come, first serve basis ????It is just very disgusting that I’m treated differently from the other person ⚪️ just because of how I look ⚫️!
I used it for about six months, everything was fine, but the last time things got dirty in some way. Color spots are not removed. many things were dear and beloved. no apologies or attempts to fix it.
Blessed (who coordinates everything with us via WhatsApp) and the team are incredible and make the laundry side of running an Airbnb SO easy. Thank you for being such a wonderful company to work with!
Great service every time. Pickup is great and clothes are always washed and dried on time (can clean your clothes and drop off in as little as a few hours which I really appreciated)

It's been a very good, relaxed experience dealing with I Love My Laundry. Always very quick to respond in WhatsApp, very informative, and never had fault with the cleanliness or service. Used twice during my stay, excellent service each time. Would definitely use again and recommend ????

Listened to my worries, paid attention to fragile sensitive clothing pieces and I’m happy to say they returned my clothes so beautifully folded, fresh and clean! ????You can whatsapp them at this number +27 74 992 1481 you don’t neet to call it’s so easy to chat to them. Fast replies, invoices texted to you. In order to get SAME DAY service for FREE all you have to do is give your laundry before 10am which is so much better than other companies I’ve used before. The roundtrip delivery was only R60. Softener R30 and the laundry is R130 per every 5kg. Super affordable and high quality laundry services that I will be using weekly now.
